LOCATION: Swimming Pool Deck

• Grill night will begin at 5:30pm and end at 7:30pm.

• Hostess/Host required for set up and clean up and must arrive to preheat grill at 5:15pm.

• Limit 30 participants per current BOD rules.

• Pool deck will be closed to anyone not signed up for the event from 5:30pm – 7:30. (Sign will be posted on the gate that the pool is closed due to Social Committee event.)

• Event sign up required. (Sign up sheet, containing a disclaimer, is posted on glass case at the pool deck)

• Limit 2 individuals at the grill.

• Masks are required while cooking at the grill.

• Masks required when not eating/drinking and not able to maintain 6 feet social-distancing as specified in BOD rules.

• Tables should be arranged in a socially distant manner –

i.e. 6 ft + apart.

• Entire event must be outside, on the pool deck.

• NO buffet style table for sharing food. All participants must bring their own food, beverages, condiments, etc

• Attendees must bring their own plates, utensils,

napkins, etc., as well as cooking utensils for grilling.

• Access to clubhouse is not allowed per current BOD rules.
