a. Motion to Ratify the Polling of the Board for the following Emergency Roof Repairs (All Seven (7) Board Members Responded in Favor):
1. Building 11 Units G&H – Low Slope Roof $7,200 + $1,000 warranty for a total of $8,200
2. Building 12 Unit C – Tile & Flat Roof Repairs $3,365
3. Building 12 Unit D - Tile Roof Repairs $3,050
b. Motion to Ratify the Polling of the Board for Emergency Tile Roof Repairs on Building 8 Unit H in the amount of 4,195 (All Seven (7) Board Members Responded in Favor)
c. Discussion/Motion – ARC Applications for 21C (2 Request), 23F, 27F & 30B
d. Discussion/Motion to Approve the Installation of a Security Camera in the Maintenance Area
e. Discussion/Motion on Request from Unit Owner’s 10E & 10G for Reimbursement for Baseboards
f. Discussion /Motion on How to Address the Issue with Lake #4 Finger Extension
g. Discussion/Motion to Enter Units to Perform an Internal Inspection of the Lanai’s, Balconies and Porches
h. Discussion/Motion to Approve the Brightview Proposal for the Annual Trimming of the Palm Trees, Australian Pines and Hardwood Trees
