beyond 11:00 to 12:15 every New Year's Eve. Do we purchase a platter of

pastries/cookies?

d.      Asolo Rep Guild Play Readers – Booked for Saturday, February 26, 7:30.

Play selection – Sylvia $150 – Serve coffee, tea, cakes, cookies after the

performance. Is anyone on the committee willing to bake something?

e.      Tastings by local wineries, brewery, and distillery

Leslie’s findings on winery – Vote to approve setting dates

f.        Garden party (Scrabble board, corn hole tournament, etc)

Sunday afternoons – Ice tea, lemonade, cookies

Is anyone skilled enough to build the scrabble board? Vote to set dates

g.      Tea Party – Day and time --- Solicit Volunteers

h.      Ladies and Men Luncheons – Vote to approve and find hosts

IV.               Pool Volleyball – Exception to Rules and Regs approved Dec 9 at BOD meeting

Approved for the entire month of February. Vote to approve purchase of volleyball set.

V.                 Christmas Cookie Exchange – December 17

VI.               Dog Parade – Host to plan
