1.    Open meeting; confirm quorum and meeting purpose

2.    Bring everybody up to speed re: Pond Project

3.    Grant application for additional funding for remaining ponds

4.    Plan a free mulch event, someone to coordinate, select areas to spread it

5.    Ask Tammy to schedule a meeting with Bill Gipp for the following week

6.    Discuss any Landscape issues you may have

7.    Formulize the Committee Roster

8.    Meeting Adjournment
